1. Return Period

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, and customized items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (such as wrong size or preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
